Anger is a natural part of life. It’s an emotion we all experience and it can be healthy to express anger in a safe way. However, when anger becomes out of control or is expressed in unhealthy ways it can cause conflict and lead to breakups or divorce.

How can you maintain your emotional health in a relationship?

You may be asking yourself this question because:

-You feel like you’re always angry with your spouse.

-You have trouble communicating with your partner and find yourself lashing out.

Or, maybe it’s the opposite problem: You are too passive and can’t stand up for yourself.

Either way, there are some ways to control anger that will help keep the peace in your relationship.

We all know that anger is a natural emotion and it’s not always easy to control. Anger can be very rewarding in the sense that you feel energized when you’re angry. Unfortunately, we also know how destructive anger can be in relationships.

The truth is that there are many reasons why someone might get angry at their significant other and so you will need to figure out the cause before you can act on your emotions properly.
