As the mind is the most important and powerful part of our inner workings, it’s this area we should focus on in pursuit of change.
One of the most popular questions people ask is how they can become their best selves. It’s a great question because it shows that people want to take responsibility for themselves and grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves.
However, this question also requires some thought before answering because we all have different goals and needs when it comes to our personal growth.
The average persons can become the best version of themselves in 30 days. The key is to stay motivated and establish a routine that works for you.

a) I wrote down what I wanted to improve on and how I would measure success
b) For each area of improvement, I set realistic goals and deadlines
c) For each goal, I created an action plan with specific steps or tasks that needed to be completed by the deadline
